Upon booking with Seductive Strippers the client (you) accepts and agrees to the following terms of liability that Seductive Strippers acts as a booking agent that engages the services of independent contractors.

Contractors are not staff of Seductive Strippers.

All contractors are subject to availability.

The contractor is responsible for providing their own liability insurance and professional indemnity to adequately cover any liability that the contractor may incur.

Seductive Strippers accepts no responsibility or liability for any action from a contractor during the hours booked.

Any injury to persons or damage from property (including theft) caused by a contractor is a legal matter between the client (you) and the contractor of Seductive Strippers.

Seductive Strippers has the right to replace the contractor if assigned contractor is unable to complete their booked shift.

The hired contractor is strictly NOT to be photographed or videoed and under no circumstance should the contractor be physically touched by any patrons attending the event with out prior consent from the contractor.  

•   Our waitresses & strippers are there to serve drinks and entertain your guests. A client or patron is only permitted to touch a contractor if that contractor has given explicit permission to do so. If the client or patrons fail to comply with any of the above rules, the booking will be cancelled with no refund to the client.
  
  

Our contractors are not sex workers and will not tolerate being asked to do anything more then what the service states on the Seductive Strippers website.

• Please refrain from attempting to solicit sexual services from any of the Seductive Secrets contractors. Pressuring contractors to perform sexual services will not be tolerated. It can create an uncomfortable environment and may result in the contractors leaving without a refund to the client.
  
  

Mobile phones are not to be used around the contractors, if a contractor has asked a guest to put their mobile phone away, this is to be followed otherwise the contractor can terminate the booking immediately.

• The use of phones and video are prohibited during any of our contractors shows or during their waitressing shifts. If a patron does wish to take a photo or a video, explicit permission must be granted by the contractor. Failure to comply may result in the contractors leaving the booking with no refund to the client.
• Should the contractor/s feel it necessary, they may collect all the patron’s phones for the duration of their show. Phones will be returned once the show has completed. Failure to comply may result in the contractors cancelling the show and leaving the booking with no refund to the client.
  
  

All audience members and guests of the event are to be over the age of 18.

If any suspicions arise of an underage audience member, the booking will be terminated with no refund. As an adult performer we are required to comply with Australian law and legislation and contractors will have the right to RSA members at the event.

You are required to provide a private and safe room for the contractor/s to change into his/her costume as well as a clean, dry area for the booked performance.

• If the conditions are deemed unhygienic or unsafe, the contractors may leave without a refund to the client. 
  
  

There must be hygienic bathroom facilities provided at the location of the booking, and within a short reasonable distance from where the contractors are working.

If you are planning your entertainer to be a surprise, please let us know when booking.

The contractor will not tolerate derogative slurs or intoxicated behaviour of any kind during the booking.

Clients and patrons must treat the contractors with respect at all times. Abusive and disrespectful behaviour will never be tolerated. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the contractor leaving the booking with no refund to the client.

• During a performance if a contractor is disrespected, filmed or photographed, any item is thrown or any violation occurs the show will be stopped and no refund will be offered. Please explain this to your guests on how you expect them to behave before the show.
  
  

When making a booking you acknowledge that the model selection is a preference only. We cannot guarantee their availability, however you will be informed if their availability changes and they cancel a booking.

Seductive Strippers has the right to replace the contractor if they suddenly become unavailable.

If the client (you) is not satisfied with the replaced performer, the client is not entitled to a refunded payment and the remaining bill is to be paid in full.

A minimum of a $10 travel fee will occur on every booking. Travel fees will increase depending on time and distance and the price will vary in each state. Cancellations are to be received by phone, text or emailed to Seductive Strippers at least 48hrs before the booking starts.

No payment will be refunded if a cancellation occurs.

You will receive a refunded payment if Seductive Strippers has had to cancel the contractor/s prior to your event and a replacement cannot be found.
